In this privacy statement, Upclass International (hereinafter: “Upclass”) provides you withinformation about the processing of personal data.

This privacy statement applies for visitors of the website www.upclassinternational.com, the potential Clients who contact Upclass, the Clients of Upclass, the potential Companions who contact Upclass, and the Companions with whom Upclass has entered into collaboration. In short, these individuals are the Users.


What and why

The personal data processed by Upclass is (a) personal data you communicated through the website, by email, telephone, or in any other way, directly or indirectly, (b) personal data that can be generated by receiving electronic messages sent by us or by your use of the website and our services.

Examples of personal data you provide to us are: the details in the booking form and/ or the casting form on the website.

Examples of personal data that can be generated are: IP address, communication preferences, anonymised metadata about the use of this website.


Use and sharing

Upclass does not use data of you as a Client for purposes other than coming to a Booking and for optimising our- and our Companions service for future Bookings. As a Companion, data is used for nothing other than realising and maintaining a good cooperation. The data is also used to comply with the statutory requirements of a legal Dutch business administration.

None of the data will be shared with or sold to third parties for commercial purposes.


Storage and processing

Our servers and databases are protected by completely up-to-date, state-of-the-art security technologies. For the protection of personal data of Users against loss or unlawful processing, Upclass has taken appropriate and suitable technical and organisational measures, including encryption, double authentication at login, servers in Europe, virus scanners, and limited access.

Upclass does not retain data longer than is strictly necessary for the above-mentioned purposes or for as long as necessary for complying with legislation and regulations.

Upclass uses a photographer, accountant, and a web developer, who, due to the nature of their acts, can be considered controllers of personal data. Processing agreements, including confidentiality statement and fines, have been concluded with these parties.


Cookies

This Upclass website uses so-called functional and analytical 'cookies'. Cookies are small (text) files that are stored to your computer, tablet, or smartphone, when you visit a website. The functional cookies are used for the proper functioning of the website. The analytical cookies are used to keep statistics about the use of our website. Upclass uses Google Analytics of Google, Inc. for this purpose.

Upclass has set Google Analytics cookies to 'privacy-friendly', in line with the manual of the Dutch Data Protection Authority concerning this matter. This means that the data collected using Google Analytics has been anonymised as much as possible, and that Google will never process your complete IP address, but will always mask the last octet of your IP address. Google does not use the collected data for its own purposes, as Upclass did not give Google permission to do so. The collected data is stored by Google to servers in the United States. A processing agreement has been concluded with Google, Inc. to this end. Read the privacy policy of Google Analytics for more information.
